2. Artwork and Products
bFunky offers original artwork, fine art prints, and other art-related merchandise.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the quantities of products at any time without prior notice.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent our artwork, including its colors, dimensions, materials, and appearance. However, colors and visual details may vary depending on your screen settings, lighting conditions, and the printing or manufacturing process.
Minor variations between the images displayed on the Site and the physical product do not necessarily constitute defects.

3. Original Artwork
Original artworks are unique, individually created pieces.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each original artwork is one of a kind and is available for purchase only while supplies last.
Purchasing an original artwork transfers ownership of the physical artwork to the buyer but does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or other intellectual property rights associated with the artwork.

4. Fine Art Prints
Fine art prints are reproductions of original artwork and may be offered in various sizes, materials, and editions.
Print dimensions, materials, and other specifications are provided on the individual product pages.
Depending on the product, prints may be produced after an order is placed.
Slight differences in color, texture, cropping, or appearance may occur due to printing processes and material characteristics.
Such variations are generally considered normal and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
5. Orders and Payment
By placing an order through our Site, you represent that:

We do not generally accept returns or exchanges based on:

* Incorrect sizes or product selections made by the customer.

* Normal variations associated with handmade artwork or fine art printing.

7. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs and available delivery methods are displayed during checkout when applicable.

Original artwork and made-to-order products may require additional preparation or production time before shipment.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, severe weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen events.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned or delayed because of an incorrect address supplied by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take reasonable care when preparing and packaging artwork for shipment.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within five (5) days of delivery, whenever reasonably possible.
When reporting an issue, please provide:

* Photographs of the affected product.
* Photographs of the packaging, if shipping damage occurred.
We may request additional information to investigate the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, available remedies may include replacement, repair, or refund.
